I wasn't ready for this!
A surprising stay with a comfortable bed and easy access to my room. The pet-friendly feature with a minimal charge was a bonus. Breakfast abundance delighted my family. The hallways left much to be desired regarding cleanliness. Still, it was a decent stop overall.

not overly accommodating and they did not have my reservations available no discounts were offered awards and such. And no coffee pot in the room for those who get up before their continental breakfast

Our room had dirty wash rags left in the shower when we got there. The floor was wet by the bathroom and had a fan blowing directly on it. There was only one towel. They didn't clean our room the next day. And our door was open upon our return. When I went down stairs to tell them they said the do not disturb sign was hanging on it. Well I know it wasn't because we made sure it was not. And have know idea while it was one. It was the worst stay in a place I've ever stayed. If I could have got out of my reservation for the next night I would have. But I knew this place would not make it right

Booked an a double room with an in-room safe. The hotel location was comfortable and absolutely perfect in the middle of jackson. Found Powers Museum, its just a short walk away from the venue.

I had a decent stay. The beds were clean and comfy, and the overall ambiance was nice, but the hot tub had some issues with cleanliness.

We had to change rooms because of ants. Notified front desk, didn't seem to concerned. We ended buying bug spray to kill the ants ourselves.
The ants in the rooms, poor customer service and breakfast closing early.

The hotel was quiet.
Indifference of Desk Personnel.

This was just a fitting option for a trip in Carthage with a good price-quality ratio. The fridge had a whole bag of oranges left from the previous occupants, so that was a nice surprise. Bring your own sheets if you can, just to be safe.

The staff was great and so was the room and the breakfast.

The water pressure was great. (Too bad you can't stand under the shower head if you are more than 5' tall!). Right next door to Arby's if you are starving and don't want to drive for food. And these are the only good things I can fabricate.
*The place smelled! Just unpacked after getting home and my sleep shirt smells like the place. Kind of a stale smoke smell in spite of non- smoking. *Sheets were not fitted and didn't cover foot of bed. *Pool was room temp...so was "hot" tub. *Bathroom near pool was DISGUSTING...early in the day before people up and about. *Front desk staff knew nothing and didn't care. *Only one computer...Printer marked "out of order." Computer not working either. Evening clerk: "I don't know anything about computers. Day clerk: "It hasn't worked for a week." When I questioned her later in front of manager, she told manager, "He just told me about it this morning." *Check in clerk apparently only programmed keys for 2 days rather than 3. Manager corrected seemed most interested in knowing who had done this wrong. *Breakfast was mediocre by today's standards in other hotels. *Room safe did not work. *As of now, the temporary charge on my on-line credit card statement is not right...and no in keeping with the bill I signed. Why we stayed, I'm not certain. We should have moved after first night but things just seemed to get worse and worse. Do yourself a big favor and book a room elsewhere! Note: None of the categories above fit. My brother and I were traveling together to the funeral of a family member. "Mature couple" was the closest choice.

The hot tub was a highlight for me! Really enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. The room was clean, though the pool area could use some better upkeep.

I left a cherished family quilt on the bed when I checked out, and Serena tracked it down and mailed it to my home!
There was a young pregnant lady working the desk that did not have any interest in helping customers at night.

The staff included very cheerful individuals. Although the pillows were a bit too squishy for my taste, the convenient location near the highway made exploring easy.
